The Services are not available to any Users previously removed from accessing the Services by EligibilityLookup.com.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then:

“you” includes you and that entity, and you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement, and that you agree to this Agreement on the entity’s behalf

SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

We send exclusive informational messages and content about benefits to users who have registered on our site and opted in to receive SMS alerts. Users can subscribe to our alert notifications services while registering an account through the website. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 22967. When we receive a “STOP” message, we will send one last confirmation SMS to confirm the subscription status post which no more SMS messages will be sent. For more information, just text “HELP” to 22967. When we receive a “HELP” message, we will provide instructions on how to use this service and how to unsubscribe.

Participating carriers include: AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Nextel & Virgin Mobile.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered Messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent or received. You will receive Up to 7 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
